HOW IS MY REWARD FULFILLED?
All cashed out Liquid Gold Units will be fulfilled as Amazon.com Gift Cards, within 8-10 weeks after the promotion has completed. Restrictions apply, see amazon.com/gc-legal

HOW MANY LIQUID GOLD UNITS CAN I EARN DURING THE PROMOTION?
One person from each household may earn up to six (6) Liquid Gold Units during the promotion, by any combination of purchase (receipt upload) or mail in requests.
HOW CAN I REQUEST A CODE WITHOUT PURCHASE?
To request a code:

Hand print your name, home mailing address, phone number, valid email address, and date of birth on a 3" x 5" piece of paper and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to "Velveeta Liquid Gold Rush," c/o Merkle, Inc., P.O. Box 5644, Department 848309, Kalamazoo, MI 49003-5644. Sponsor reserves the right to fulfill prizes by mail to those Participants who request LIQUID GOLD UNITS by mail. Please make sure that your mailing address is valid. Requests that are photocopied, computer-generated or otherwise mechanically or digitally produced or reproduced, or that otherwise fail to comply with these Official Rules will NOT be honored, acknowledged or returned, and the persons submitting such requests will not receive a Velveeta Liquid Gold Rush Code. Allow approximately 6-8 business days from the time of receipt of a qualified mail-in request for an email response (from VelveetaLiquidGold@epiinc.com) with a Velveeta Liquid Gold Rush Code. Limit: 1 code request per envelope.

All mail-in requests must be handwritten and postmarked by June 1, 2021 and received by June 8, 2021. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected or postage-due entries, which will be disqualified.
HOW DO I CASH OUT MY LIQUID GOLD UNITS?
When you are ready to redeem your Liquid Gold Units, click the "REDEEM YOUR LIQUID GOLD" button on the hub page. You will receive immediate confirmation of the value that you will receive and will be required to confirm your intent to redeem within 5 minutes to complete this transaction. ALSO: All your Liquid Gold Units will be redeemed, you cannot redeem your Liquid Gold Units individually.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T CASH OUT MY LIQUID GOLD UNITS?
If you do not cash out by the end of the program (June 22, 2021), you will forfeit any potential reward(s).
I THINK I'M HAVING TECHNICAL ISSUES. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Sometimes it's a simple thing like updating your browser. Check to be sure that you have a modern version of Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Safari. Also, you may want to check your browser preferences section to be sure JavaScript is enabled. Clearing your cache and cookies also helps in this instance.
I'M HAVING TROUBLE ENTERING A CODE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Make sure you are entering the code exactly as shown. In most cases, this means you would not include spaces and use all lower case letters where applicable.
I HAVE RECENTLY MOVED OR UPDATED MY EMAIL ADDRESS. CAN I CHANGE MY REGISTRATION INFORMATION FOR THIS PROMOTION?

Your home address allows us to identify your residence for eligibility purposes.
WHY IS THE VALUE I RECEIVED DIFFERENT THAN THE VALUE SHOWN ON THE GRAPH WHEN I CLICKED REDEEM?
The value you will receive is based on when your request hits the website servers. Note: your internet/network connection speed may impact this timing. Accordingly, the value you will receive may be different than the value you see when you hit the Redeem Your Liquid Gold button.
WHERE DO I ENTER MY FREE CODE?
After you have signed in, look for the link to enter your free mail in codes within the footer of any page of the Website.
